Secret Passageway
Late at night I found the door open to the library. I needed to get my netbook that I left behind. When I picked up my netbook I suddenly looked on the shelf and there was a glow shining in a dark book. I opened the book and a letter fell out.
I shone my light on the letter and it said “Secret Passageway Do Not Enter”. I read it and found the secret passageway. It was in my school library! When I got to school nobody was there- just silence and darkness. I searched high and low up and down but no passageway. Then, out of the corner of my eye I noticed a strange grey wall instead of our usual brown one.
I pushed up against the wall. With a crunch it opened there were three tunnels. One tunnel had snakes in it, the second had tigers and the third was empty. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for something to happen. I gave up waiting and entered the third tunnel. When I looked further in there was a flash car waiting for me from my dad. My dad had built the secret passageway!

Kia ora Mikayla. You had a very good story and I love the ending about your father making the passageway for you. Was this car for your birthday and did your dad figure out you found it?
